For us, yoga isn’t just exercise - it’s a way to keep your body, mind, and spirit steady. Our Gurus always said, “Health is Wealth, Peace of Mind is Happiness, Yoga Shows the Way.” That’s exactly how we approach every class. This is real, traditional Hatha yoga. No shortcuts, no rush.

What to Expect in Our Group Classes

Each session brings together:

  • Asanas (steady postures)
  • Pranayama (breathing)
  • Savasana (deep rest)

We go slow and steady. If you’re looking for a sweat-heavy workout, this might not be your vibe. But if you want clarity, discipline, and energy, you’ll fit right in.

Finding Your Starting Point

  • Absolute beginners? Start with our Foundation Course. Small groups, lots of personal attention, and you learn the basics—proper breathing, Surya Namaskar, 12 main asanas, deep relaxation.
  • Regulars & Intermediates: Move up to our daily group yoga classes or join live online group yoga classes if that’s easier. Keeps you on track, even from home.
  • Want to go deeper? Advanced asana groups help you hold postures longer, try new things, and keep growing.
  • Gentle yoga for seniors or anyone needing a softer pace: Calmer sessions, less intensity, more care. Ideal if you’re recovering or just want to slow down.

Why Practice in a Group?

Practicing together (Satsang) is powerful. Every Sunday, we offer a free trial class and a special community group session with changing themes - makes it feel less like a class, more like a gathering.

My Story

Om Namah Shivaya. We’re the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Nataraja Centre, Delhi. Our teachers, Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda, taught us—health is wealth, peace of mind is happiness, and yoga is the way. For us, yoga isn’t just exercise, it’s living. Our centre’s a place to breathe, chant, meditate, and celebrate festivals together. Some call us their lifeline. New or old to yoga, you’ll find your spot here.

My Work

Daily Yoga Classes & Courses - We offer traditional Sivananda yoga classes, from beginner to advanced, plus special sessions for kids and prenatal care.

Guided Pranayama & Meditation - Learn breathing techniques and meditation through guided pranayama sessions and morning-evening practice.

Spiritual Satsang Gatherings - Join our regular satsangs for chanting, meditation, and celebrating spiritual festivals with the community.

Shat Kriya Workshops - We hold workshops on cleansing exercises (shat kriyas) and yoga techniques for deeper practice.
