Single Drop-in Session (90 Mins)

The Sequence
- Opening: Initial relaxation (Savasana) and Sanskrit chanting.

Finding Your Starting Point
- Absolute beginners? Start with our Foundation Course. Small groups, lots of personal attention, and you learn the basics—proper breathing, Surya Namaskar, 12 main asanas, deep relaxation.
- Regulars & Intermediates: Move up to our daily group yoga classes or join live online group yoga classes if that’s easier. Keeps you on track, even from home.
- Want to go deeper? Advanced asana groups help you hold postures longer, try new things, and keep growing.
- Gentle yoga for seniors or anyone needing a softer pace: Calmer sessions, less intensity, more care. Ideal if you’re recovering or just want to slow down.
