You ship in week one
No 6-month onboarding. You'll be in production code or talking to real customers in your first week. We don't have a ramp-up period because we don't have time for one.

AI is your teammate
We orchestrate AI agents for support, sales, content, almost everything. If you treat AI like a power tool, not a crutch, you'll be at home here.

Hunger over pedigree
We don't care where you went to school or what your last title was. We care that you sweat the details, take ownership, and want to build something that lasts.
