About Spiritual and Community Programs
Why I Do What I Do
Health is wealth, peace of mind is real happiness. That's what our Gurus taught us, and that's the heart of everything here. It's not just about asanas - we create a space where anyone can find spiritual connection and real community.
Satsang: Our Community Pulse
Every week, Satsang brings us together for quiet minds and open hearts. We start with 30 minutes of silent group meditation sessions, then move into kirtan (devotional chanting programs) - singing together makes the room light up. We always close with a short yoga philosophy talk, something practical you can actually use. Satsangs are free, open to all - newbies and old-timers alike.
Meditation, Step by Step
If you want to learn meditation from scratch or get back on track, I offer a Meditation 1 course. It breaks down what meditation actually is, why it helps, and how to stick with it. We explore the mind, try out mantra practices, and get real about daily challenges.
Community Classes & Festivals
Sunday mornings, our community yoga classes are a chance to drop in, try something new, and meet people. Each week has a different theme - like yogic diet, mental focus, or even desk yoga for office folks.
We celebrate big festivals together too - Maha Shivaratri, Guru Poornima, special pujas, and sometimes prayers for world peace when things get tough. It’s all about connection, tradition, and feeling part of something bigger than yourself.
