Unlimited In-Studio Membership
Core Practice
- Frequency: Access to classes 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday).
- Duration: 90 Minutes per session (30 minutes longer than standard classes).
- The Sequence: Fixed lineage including initial relaxation, Pranayama (Kapalabhati & Anuloma Viloma), Sun Salutations with Mantras, and the 12 Basic Asanas.
The Studio Experience
- Environment: Non-AC, naturally ventilated spaces designed to encourage detoxification through sweating.
- Atmosphere: Traditional ashram-style setting with Sanskrit chanting (Dhyana Slokas) and spiritual gatherings (Satsangs).
- Guidance: Hands-on physical adjustments and strict alignment correction by senior teachers.
Logistics
- Location: Valid at Gurgaon centers (South City 1, DLF Ph-2, Sec 57, Sec 21).
- Batches: Fixed morning and evening time slots.
- Equipment: Floor space provided; bringing personal mats and towels is mandatory for hygiene.

Digital Studio
- Format: Live via Zoom (Not pre-recorded). Camera must be on for the teacher to view and correct you.
- Corrections: Teachers monitor gallery view and call out specific alignment changes by name.
- Access: Unlimited access to all daily online scheduled batches.
Curriculum
- Pranayama: Guided breathing exercises focused on lung capacity and energy control.
- Asanas: The classic Sivananda sequence modified for home practice limitations and safety.
- Relaxation: Audio-guided Savasana for deep rest.
Support
- Q&A: Post-class time allocated for questions regarding pain, modifications, or posture doubts.

1-on-1 Consultation & Therapy
Session Details
- Format: Private 1-on-1 meeting via Zoom or In-person at the centre.
- Duration: 30 to 60 Minutes per session.
- Expertise: Conducted specifically by Senior Acharyas or the Center Director.
Holistic Health Plan
- Assessment: Yogic diagnosis of issues like PCOS, Thyroid, Back Pain, or Anxiety.
- Prescription: A customized sequence of Asanas and Pranayama tailored to physical limitations.
- Lifestyle: Recommendations on a Satvic (Vegetarian) diet, sleep hygiene, and stress management.
- Progression: Routine is modified in follow-up sessions as health improves.

Why I Teach Yoga
People sometimes tell me life feels too rushed, like something's missing. For me, yoga is more than stretching or fitness - it’s a way to really come home to yourself. Everything I share is rooted in tradition, not quick fixes. Guru ki shakti pe pura bharosa hai (I trust the guru’s power). What Makes My Classes Different
My approach is simple but deep. Every class is built on five basics:
- Asana (proper exercise)
- Pranayama (proper breathing)
- Savasana (relaxation)
- Vegetarian diet tips
- Positive thinking & meditation
I teach Sivananda yoga classes in Gurgaon and online, so you can join wherever you’re comfortable. Doesn’t matter if you’re stiff, new, or advanced - sab ke liye hai (it’s for everyone).
Types of Yoga You’ll Find Here
- Daily classes (60 or 90 mins, every day) for general health, available online or in-person.
- Structured courses for specific needs: Hatha yoga for beginners, advanced asana, guided pranayama workshop, and Surya Namaskar focus sessions.
- Special programs: yoga for hormonal balance (PCOS), and a family yoga retreat for kids and parents to bond in nature.
My Teaching Style

Life’s busy, folks feel restless, so we made this space—no fancy studio vibes, just real talk and yoga. Sundays with Arun? That’s not your usual yoga class, it’s chai, chat, and figuring out life together. We hold tight to our gurus’ teachings, share meals, help each other out. It’s more than yoga.
