About Online Yoga Classes
Our online classes are not pre-recorded videos; they are live, interactive sessions held over Zoom. We maintain a professional setup with dedicated lighting and clear audio to ensure you receive the same level of personal attention and postural correction as you would if you were practicing in our South Delhi studio.
For many, the physical studio is a sanctuary, but we understand that life requires flexibility. Our online program brings the complete Sivananda experience directly to your home. We follow the same 90-minute traditional Hatha yoga sequence that we practice in person: opening with deep relaxation, followed by specific breathing exercises (Pranayama), Surya Namaskar, the 12 basic asanas, and concluding with Savasana.
