What I Believe

Yoga here isn’t about perfect poses or quick fixes. I want you to walk in carrying whatever’s weighing you down and leave feeling lighter. It’s not about chasing numbers on a scale - it’s about real health, inside and out. Slow progress, steady routines, and, as I say, "YOG karna zaruri hai" (Doing yoga is essential).

What Happens in Class

Classes mix old-school discipline with new-school fun. You’ll find:

  • Asana practice for strength, balance, and flexibility
  • Yin yoga for deep stretches and letting go of tension
  • Partner yoga sessions where we build trust and connection
  • Animal Flow to get you moving in fresh ways
  • Some strength-focused yoga - sometimes we use light weights

Props Make It Possible

I use all sorts of props, from chairs and blocks to straps and wheels. They’re not a shortcut - they help you practice safely and explore moves you might think are out of reach. Chair yoga is a hit, especially if moving is tough right now.

Beyond Asanas

Classes always include breathwork in group yoga (think Brahmari, Anulom Vilom), and guided relaxation like Savasana and Tratak. It’s about calming the mind, not just stretching the body.

Who Can Join?

Yoga for all levels - beginners, regulars, old, young, those who can't touch their toes. Everyone fits. I keep things supportive, hands-on, and judgment free.

My Story

Hari Om. We’re Nikki Yoga Studio, not just a place for asanas, but a family. People come to us stressed, carrying pain like Meenakshi did with her frozen shoulder. She found more than relief - she found a new world, healing body and mind. We don’t believe in shortcuts, only slow, steady change. Here, you’ll laugh, stretch, and celebrate festivals together. Yoga picks you when you need it; we’re just here to welcome you.

My Work

All Our Classes - We teach holistic wellness yoga, therapy yoga for frozen shoulder, kids yoga, pre and post-natal yoga, and guided meditation sessions online and in Delhi.

Real Yoga, No Shortcuts - We adapt authentic yoga for modern life - focus on alignment, breath, and safe progress. No quick fixes.
