Experience the power of collective energy. Our weekly satsangs are a space to meditate, chant, and study the practical philosophy of Sivananda yoga within our supportive community.

Satsang, or association with the wise, is at the heart of our practice. This video captures a moment from our Sunday Satsang, which includes silent meditation, devotional chanting (kirtan), and a talk on yogic philosophy.

Students sit in quiet meditation during a gathering at our centre. Practicing together in a group creates a strong spiritual atmosphere that allows for a deeper experience.

A group photo of our dedicated staff and teachers. We are a community of practitioners, and we look forward to welcoming you to our centre and sharing the teachings of our Gurus.

Our teachers recently gathered for a meeting to practice and connect. This video shows them moving through asanas together and sitting for Satsang, reflecting our commitment to our own practice and community.

About Our Community & Satsang

Our Sunday satsang is a community space—not a formal class—where we come together for silent meditation and devotional chanting. It is free to attend, and we welcome everyone, whether you are a regular student or simply curious about our philosophy. It helps to arrive a few minutes early to settle into the quiet atmosphere before we begin.
