Our Approach to Yoga
For us, yoga is a complete system for health rather than just an exercise routine. Our classes are designed to be steady and systematic. We avoid the rush of modern gym workouts because we believe that true progress happens when you move with intention and breathe correctly.
How to Start
- For Absolute Beginners: We recommend our Foundation Course. These small groups ensure you get enough personal attention to learn the basics, like proper breathing, Sun Salutations, and the 12 fundamental asanas, safely and correctly.
- For Regular Practitioners: If you already have a practice, our daily Open Classes are ideal. These follow the standard 90-minute Sivananda sequence, allowing you to drop in and keep your routine consistent.
- Gentle and Senior Yoga: We offer softer-paced sessions for those recovering from injury or anyone needing a more restorative experience.
The Centre
Located in Kailash Colony, our centre features an air-conditioned hall with laminate wooden flooring. We provide mats and props, so you only need to bring a towel and a willingness to learn. Beyond the asanas, we are a community that gathers for regular Satsangs, devotional chanting, and meditation to support your spiritual growth and mental well-being.
