Finding somebody is easy now. Knowing which one is any good is not. We built mytribe to do that part for you, the way a friend who knows everyone would. Stop doing it yourself. Delegate it.
Hiring an expert in India is painful, and the pain is structural.
Search for a decorator in Bengaluru and you will have 50 of them in a second, with photographs, phone numbers and a star rating each. None of that tells you which one is right for what you want.
A longer list does not help. It makes it worse, by adding options you cannot tell apart.
These are not services you can just buy. Installing a window AC is a ₹850 job and you know exactly what you are getting. Two birthday decorations are never the same job. Different house, different theme, different budget, different taste. This is why it is not straightforward.

Finding someone who understands you.
Everyone's photographs look good. Nothing on a profile tells you whether they will understand your taste, your scale and your budget, or hand you the same thing they hand everyone.
The endless back and forth.
You find somebody promising. Then come the calls, the messages, the chasing, just to learn what it costs and what is included. Repeat that four times and a week is gone.
Will it actually be good on the day?
You are trusting a stranger with something that matters. The common failure in this market is sweet talk during the sale and a let-down on delivery, and by the time you find out it is too late to do anything.

Somebody has always done this job. It is called a wedding planner, and only rich people get one. Reading a brief properly, knowing a hundred providers well enough to pick between them, working out what a job should cost: all of that took a person, and paying a person to do it costs more than we would ever make on a ₹20,000 booking. So nobody did it.
Then AI got good enough. And not just good enough. At this particular job it is better than a person, and not by a little. It reads what you actually wrote instead of the words you happened to use. It holds every provider we have ever met in its head at once, which no human can. It has read every enquiry we have ever handled, so it knows what goes wrong in your category before you do. It never gets bored on the fiftieth brief of the day and it never sends you the same three names it sent the last person.
