mytribe is built on an idea that the work of finding someone you can trust should not be your job. We are a curated network, not a marketplace or a directory. Every member has been carefully selected after they've met our quality standard and earned our trust, so you get the right people from the start.

Hiring an expert in India is genuinely painful. And the pain is structural.

You cannot solve this problem by adding more names to a list or by using star ratings.

These services are not commodities, An AC window installation is a ₹850 job, where you know what you are getting. A decorators style, a photographers eye for detail or a wedding planners ability to stay calm under pressure are all unique. You cannot compare them easily. So you have to do all the work to find the person.

You have to vet them, check their references, make gut decisions and do the chasing. Every directory just Move the problem from "find someone offline" to "find the right provider from 300 unknown providers online". That is not a solution. It is the same headache with a search bar on top of it.

More cities, more categories. At the pace we can do justice to them.

India First, and eventually everywhere. Expert services are still hired everywhere in the painful old ways. Today mytribe lives in Delhi and Bengaluru, across various categories where we have enough tribe approved provider. The plan is to widen this, both in geography and in the depth of what we do, But the process of selecting the right providers that makes the matchmaking trustworthy is not something that scales by cutting corners.
