Monthly Offline Studio Membership
Batch & Timing
- Frequency: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Schedule: Flexible access to morning batches (starts 6:30 AM) or evening batches (until 7:30 PM).
- Group Size: 12-18 students per batch.
Infrastructure & Props
- Wall Stations: Use of wall-mounted rope systems for spinal traction and inversions.
- Equipment: Access to wooden bricks, metal back-bending chairs, cotton bolsters, and belts.
- Facility: Air-conditioned hall with laminate wooden flooring.
Methodology
- Manual Correction: Instructors use body weight for hands-on adjustments in poses like Kurmasana.
- Focus Areas: Mix of therapy drills (cervical/sciatica), weight loss sets, and end-of-class Pranayama.
- Language: Instruction provided in a mix of Hindi and English.

Yoga isn’t just stretching on a mat for me - it’s a way to live better every day. Humare regular yoga classes mein, you get more than just postures. Each session is a mix of movement, breath, and a little bit of peace for your mind.
What Happens in Class
- We do asanas - from basics to advanced, covering Surya Namaskar and focusing on proper alignment. Props like blocks and ropes help make poses doable for everyone.
- Pranayama is a must. Jo shwaas par niyantran pa lega, wo jeevan par niyantran pa lega (He who controls his breath, controls his life). Hum guide karte hain, so you learn to use your breath for better energy and calm.
- Every class ends with meditation. It helps with stress, focus, and just feeling better overall.

Step-by-step, with no jabardasti (no forcing). We break down even tough poses and encourage you to listen to your body. Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar - sab milta hai (you get a mix).
Discipline and regular practice are key. Bas karma karte raho (just keep practicing) - results follow.
