Why Sivananda Yoga?
Yoga here is way more than just exercise. I follow the Five Points of Yoga by Swami Vishnudevananda - it’s about moving, breathing, relaxing, eating simple, and thinking right. If you’re looking to start yoga from scratch or come back after a break, I’ll get you sorted with real classical Hatha yoga, not just random stretching.
What to Expect
- Learn the 12 main yoga postures (asanas), Sun Salutation, and key breathing techniques for stress relief
- Deep relaxation and beginner meditation get covered, not skipped over
- Classes run in different formats: weekday, weekend, or a fast-track one-week course
- After your course, I throw in 10 free practice sessions so you don’t lose momentum

- For folks wanting to level up: advanced classes where you hold poses longer and work on strength and energy
- Prenatal yoga routines for expecting moms - gentle and focused on real needs
- For the little ones (ages 5-12): kids yoga classes with stories and chants to make it fun and build focus

My Story
Namaste, Blessed Self! We are Sivananda Yoga Dwarka Centre, a nonprofit where yoga isn’t just stretching - it’s living fully, finding peace, bit by bit. Our vibe? Simple: move, breathe, eat right, chill out, and think good thoughts. Festivals like Maha Shivratri, Gurupoornima, we celebrate with pooja, bhajan, havan. Our regular satsang is open for all - just walk in, join the group, feel the energy. No barriers, all hearts welcome.
