My Story

Om Namah Shivaya. We’re the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Nataraja Centre, Delhi. Our teachers, Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda, taught us—health is wealth, peace of mind is happiness, and yoga is the way. For us, yoga isn’t just exercise, it’s living. Our centre’s a place to breathe, chant, meditate, and celebrate festivals together. Some call us their lifeline. New or old to yoga, you’ll find your spot here.
