- Wall Ropes: Exclusive use of Iyengar-style wall slings for spinal traction and deep stretching.
- Props: Usage of communal mats, wooden/cork blocks, straps, bolsters, and inversion chairs.

- Batch Size: Capped at 8-12 students for personalized attention.
- Instruction: Hands-on alignment adjustments by the lead instructor.

If you’ve got constant back pain, stress that just won’t go, or your sleep is always broken, I get it. Most of our students nod along to those. Doesn’t matter if you’re 18 or 80, or if you’ve never tried group yoga class in Greater Kailash before. Everyone gets a warm welcome, and the vibe is always non-judgy.

My Story
Namaste ji, I’m Shiva. I’ve watched folks chase fitness in gyms but still feel empty inside. For me, yoga is more than bending and stretching - it’s about calming the mind, breathing easy, and finding peace. My shala in GK feels like home, not just a studio. I keep classes small, so I can actually help you. Seeing my students light up, not just get flexible, that’s the real win. Real people, real change. That’s what drives me.

Yoga Classes Offered - Group sessions in GK-1, online yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Restorative Yoga for stress.
Who Can Join - Anyone - beginners, old-timers, folks with pain, stress or wanting mindful movement yoga. All ages welcome.
My Teaching Style - I keep it simple. Small batches, personal attention, beginner-friendly yoga classes. Technique comes first, always.
