Why We Teach Yoga
For us, yoga is not about touching your toes or fancy poses. It’s about showing up, being real, and feeling a little bit better than yesterday. If you ask us, consistency matters more than performance. We’ve seen that the real magic happens when you just keep coming back to the mat, no matter what your age or background.
Who We Are
We’re Preeti and Anushka - mother and daughter, both Sivananda certified. I (Preeti) started my yoga practice in my late forties, so I know what it’s like to begin when you think it’s “too late.” Anushka left her corporate job to teach yoga and help others make it part of their daily life. We balance tradition with a bit of today’s vibe.
What Our Classes Are Like
- Group classes: Traditional Hatha yoga sessions, from beginner to intermediate. We mix asana, pranayama, and a dash of meditation. Every Wednesday, we have a super chill flow to help you reset.
- "Yoga Strong": For those wanting to level up strength, stamina, and mobility. Sometimes we focus on things like hip openers or backbending.
- Private classes: Personalized yoga for flexibility, strength, or even mastering a tricky pose like Sirsasana.
You’ll find us teaching in our Delhi studio, online (so you can join from anywhere), or sometimes outdoors in the park. No need to be flexible or experienced - just come as you are.
Where We Practice
Our Delhi studio feels like home, with sunlight and no judgment. Online classes welcome folks from everywhere. Sometimes, we practice under the open sky in the park - pura mazaa aata hai (it’s a whole vibe).
We believe yoga is for everyone. Bus aap aa jao (just show up), the rest will fall into place.

My Story
Namaste! We’re Preeti & Anushka – maa-beti (mother-daughter) duo from Delhi. I’m Preeti, started yoga at 47, now flipping into poses at 54. Age is just a number, yaar. Anushka left her corporate life behind for the mat, and together, we mix old-school Sivananda yoga with a bit of new vibes. When we’re not teaching, you'll catch me on the tennis court or Anushka chasing waves. We just want folks to feel strong, happy, and real.
