- Location: Munirka studio access (3rd Floor, DDA Flats).

- Props: Shared PVC mats, foam blocks, and stretching straps provided.
- Amenities: Basic changing area available. No showers or lockers.

- Trainer: Led by certified team trainers.

Private At-Home Yoga Training

Not Just Exercise, It's a 'Work-In'
I’m Jyoti from Yujir Yoga. Yoga, for me, is more about what’s going on inside you than outside. It’s a way to slow down, understand yourself, and honestly, just breathe better. You don’t have to be ‘fit’ or flexible to start. Most of my students come in thinking they need to touch their toes first - truth is, none of that matters.
Ways We Can Practice
- Studio sessions in Munirka, Delhi: Small group classes (6-10 people) so you get proper attention. Batches run both mornings and evenings, Monday to Friday. It’s a chill space, no show-off vibes, just real people.
- Online yoga classes India: Can’t come to Munirka? No stress. We do live classes on Google Meet, group or one-to-one, mostly in the mornings.
- Private yoga instructor at home: I’ll come to you for personal training. Couples yoga practice is also an option if you want to do this together. I’ve seen folks go from absolute beginners to handling tougher flows with a bit of patience.
For All Levels, All Bodies
- Beginner-friendly yoga sessions: We start slow, get your posture right, and build from there.
- Intermediate/advanced: Dive into trickier asanas, arm balances, or a good Sirsasana if you’re up for it.
Beyond Just Poses
We mix it up with Vinyasa flows, pranayam (breathing), meditation, and props like blocks and bands. Some days you’ll feel amazing, some days a bit off - sab chalta hai (it’s all good).
Getting started is the hardest part. But if you stick with it, you’ll see the change. Just show up, that’s enough.

My Story
Hey, I’m Jyoti, founder of Yujir Yoga. My story goes from Delhi to Santo Domingo and back—yoga’s been my anchor everywhere. Opened my studio in Munirka, Delhi, in 2021, big dream come true! Even had the Dominican Republic’s ambassador at my opening, wild right? Yoga for me is peace, not just poses. Whether I’m by the Pushkar lake or in my studio, I’m just here sharing the calm. Bas, that’s me.
