Yoga here isn’t about quick fixes or chasing trends - it’s slow, mindful, and rooted in what Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda taught us. My goal is to help your family find health and calm together, in a real and supportive space.

For Expecting Mothers

  • Classes focus on gentle pregnancy yoga, with asanas and pranayama that adapt to your changing needs.
  • Everything is paced with care - no pushing, just support for your body and mind as you prepare for birth.
  • Postnatal yoga support is also part of the journey, helping you regain energy after your baby arrives.
  • Just a heads up, you’ll need your doctor’s go-ahead before joining, and classes start after your first trimester.

For Kids (Ages 7-12)

  • Yoga sessions aren’t stiff or boring - we make sure it feels like play.
  • Kids learn postures, mindful breathing for children, and meditation, mixed with stories and chanting.
  • Benefits? Better focus, confidence, and a chance to make friends in a safe, spiritual space.

Summer Camp & Community

  • We run a 9-day summer camp with yoga, stories, and a potluck to bring the whole family together.

My Story

Om Namah Shivaya. We’re the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Nataraja Centre, Delhi. Our teachers, Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda, taught us—health is wealth, peace of mind is happiness, and yoga is the way. For us, yoga isn’t just exercise, it’s living. Our centre’s a place to breathe, chant, meditate, and celebrate festivals together. Some call us their lifeline. New or old to yoga, you’ll find your spot here.

Daily Yoga Classes & Courses - We offer traditional Sivananda yoga classes, from beginner to advanced, plus special sessions for kids and prenatal care.

Guided Pranayama & Meditation - Learn breathing techniques and meditation through guided pranayama sessions and morning-evening practice.

Spiritual Satsang Gatherings - Join our regular satsangs for chanting, meditation, and celebrating spiritual festivals with the community.

Shat Kriya Workshops - We hold workshops on cleansing exercises (shat kriyas) and yoga techniques for deeper practice.
