About Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC)
What I Believe
For me, health is real wealth and a peaceful mind is true happiness. Yoga isn’t just something I do - it’s how I live, and these teachings come straight from my gurus, Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda.
What This Course Is
This is a 200 hour yoga certification India style. It’s a deep, residential program – not a quick fix or just a bunch of poses. Over 28 days, you’ll live the ashram way, which means simple living, early mornings, and a daily schedule that’s honestly intense but worth it.
Who This Is For
If you’re looking to build a strong personal sadhana or want to start teaching yoga yourself, this Hatha yoga TTC curriculum covers both. You don’t need to be super flexible, but you do need to be ready for some discipline and a bit of self-discovery.
What You’ll Learn
- Classic Hatha yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation
- The ‘why’ behind yoga: philosophy, anatomy, and even how to teach safely
- Daily routines in the ashram, eating simple, sattvic meals, and learning directly from teachers in the Sivananda yoga lineage
What You Walk Away With
After finishing, you’ll get a certification that’s Yoga Alliance certified TTC and recognized everywhere. It’s a lot, but if you want authentic yoga and community, this is it.
