Core Session Structure

- Batch Size: Strictly capped at 8 to 12 students to ensure individual posture correction.
- Duration: 60 minutes of intensive therapy per session.
- Language: Instruction in Hindi and English (Hinglish) for clear communication across all age groups.
Therapy & Equipment
- Ailment Focus: Targeted routines for Back Pain (Sciatica/Slip Disc), Cervical Spondylitis, BP, and Thyroid.
- Props Included: Full usage of studio equipment including Yoga Wheels for spine release, high-density blocks, and straps.
- Technique: A blend of Physio-yoga fusion, Asanas, and internal cleansing Pranayama (Bhastrika, Kapalbhati).

- Therapist Tier: Conducted by a Senior Instructor capable of analyzing medical history.
- Customization: Routines are strictly designed around medical inputs (X-Ray/MRI analysis) or specific recovery goals.
Hands-On Treatment
- Manual Adjustments: Physical support and correction for every pose to ensure safety.
- Assisted Stretching: Includes passive stretching where the therapist manually stretches limbs (Thai massage style).
- Prop Integration: Utilization of portable props or household furniture (chairs, bed edges) to facilitate complex poses.
Monitoring & Logistics
- Vitals: Tracking of breath retention capability and flexibility progress.
- Advisory: Basic guidance on sattvic diet and hydration to support healing.
- Travel: Includes the instructor's travel costs to the location.

- Back pain, posture issues, and tension? We strengthen your spine, work on core, and even bring in physiotherapists for extra support.
- Battling stress, anxiety, or constant fatigue? Breathwork for anxiety management and meditation are a big part of what I guide you through.
- Struggling with pet ki dikkat (stomach problems)? We use yoga for lifestyle diseases, targeting digestion, diabetes, BP, and more.
- Cancer support, migraines, or other health journeys - I offer personalized yoga therapy that’s gentle but effective.

My Story

Hum sab andar se kahi na kahi bandhe hain - stress, BP, diabetes, sab usi ka natija hai. Isi liye Anubhuti Yog shuru kiya. Meri koshish hai ki yoga se sabki life mein thoda positive badlav aaye, aur jo young bachche fees afford nahi kar sakte, unke liye weekend par 200-hour Teacher Training chalati hoon.
