Yoga for me is a work-in, not a work-out. Every session is about going deeper, working through whatever’s stuck or heavy, not just moving the body. My therapy yoga sessions are personal, one-on-one, and built around you.

- Sessions mix yogasana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mudras, sometimes shatkarma (cleansing) if needed

My Story
Hey, I’m Jyoti, founder of Yujir Yoga. My story goes from Delhi to Santo Domingo and back—yoga’s been my anchor everywhere. Opened my studio in Munirka, Delhi, in 2021, big dream come true! Even had the Dominican Republic’s ambassador at my opening, wild right? Yoga for me is peace, not just poses. Whether I’m by the Pushkar lake or in my studio, I’m just here sharing the calm. Bas, that’s me.
