About Our Community: Group Yoga Classes

In our group classes, you are never just a face in the crowd. We strictly cap our batch sizes at 8 to 12 students because I believe in the importance of individual posture correction. Whether you are navigating back pain, cervical issues, or general stiffness, I personally guide you through every asana to ensure you are practicing safely and effectively.

At Anubhuti Yog, we believe that yoga is a bridge between sharir (body) and mann (mind). Our group sessions move beyond simple stretching; we integrate physio-yoga fusion and breathing techniques designed to alleviate modern health concerns like chronic back pain, thyroid imbalance, and stress-related fatigue.

We host regular sessions at our air-conditioned studios in Vivek Vihar and Indirapuram, featuring laminate wooden flooring for comfort. Beyond the standard mat practice, your membership grants you priority entry to our specialized monthly spine health workshops and occasional Shatkarma cleansing sessions. If you have been hesitant to start because of an old injury or a long break, know that we start exactly where you are. Bas, rukna nahi hai (just don't stop).
