Why I Teach Yoga to Kids
Mujhe lagta hai ki bachpan se hi wellness ki aadat daalni chahiye (I believe healthy habits should start young). Kids face their own struggles these days - too much screen time, stress, or just not knowing how to calm down. My classes are designed so your child learns to understand their own body and mind, not just follow instructions.

But I promise, bachche enjoy karte hain aur dheere dheere farak dikhne lagta hai (kids actually enjoy and slowly you see the difference). बस, बस chalna hai, rukna nahi! My Story
Hari Om. Main Shilpi Gupta, founder of Anubhuti Yog. Log puchte hain, Anubhuti matlab kya? Matlab hai experience - ek shuddh feeling. Mere liye yoga sirf asana nahi, ek anubhav hai. Hum sab andar se kahi na kahi bandhe hain - stress, BP, diabetes, sab usi ka natija hai. Isi liye Anubhuti Yog shuru kiya. Meri koshish hai ki yoga se sabki life mein thoda positive badlav aaye, aur jo young bachche fees afford nahi kar sakte, unke liye weekend par 200-hour Teacher Training chalati hoon.
