Why I Teach Therapeutic Yoga
True health is more than just a fit body. I see yoga as a way to connect mind, breath, and body. Like I always say, "Jo shwaas par niyantran pa lega, wo jeevan par niyantran pa lega" (If you control your breath, you control your life). My approach is all about making yoga practical for daily pain and problems.
What I Help With
If you’re struggling with pain or stress, I offer ways to find real raahat (relief):
- Yoga for chronic pain relief: back, neck, joints, sciatica, and stiffness
- Posture correction: hunchback, sitting pain, and slouching
- Women’s health: period pain, pre-natal/post-natal support
- Lifestyle issues: headaches, migraines, thyroid, digestion
- Mental stress: anxiety, anger, insomnia
How We Practice
Bahut jabardasti nahi karte (No forcing the body). We move dheere-dheere (slowly), using props for safety:
- Chairs, blocks, bolsters, straps, wall ropes
- Prop-supported yoga therapy for all body types and injuries
In every session:
- Therapeutic asanas for specific needs
- Breathwork for stress management and pain
- Restorative yoga for healing
- Simple meditation to find calm
What to Expect
Stick with it for 30 days. Write down how you feel before and after. Most people see clear change. I won’t promise magic, but I’ve seen real shifts—body and mind.

Traditional Yoga Classes & Training - We offer daily traditional yoga classes online, group classes in Rishikesh, and yoga teacher training (200H & 300H).
Yoga for Pain & Stiffness - Special sessions for back pain, sciatica, shoulder stiffness, and digestion. Relief (raahat) for all levels.
Props & Alignment Focus - Step-by-step guidance, lots of props – bricks, chairs, belts. No jabardasti, just safe practice.
Open to Everyone - Beginners, advanced, all ages. Especially if you want fat loss – Surya Namaskar for fat burning, nothing beats it.
