About Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy is a new chapter, full of changes. I believe this time is not only for taking care of your baby but also for connecting with your own sharir aur mann (body and mind). My sessions focus on making you feel strong, relaxed, and ready, no matter which stage you’re in.

What I Offer

  • Every session is guided with your safety on top. I keep all movements safe and gentle, with changes as your pregnancy moves forward.
  • Classes aren’t just about yoga poses. We add prenatal breathing techniques and light stretches, so you get support for both mind and body.
  • Whether you’re dealing with lower back pain, pelvic pressure, or just want better sleep, we work together to find comfort.

Trimester-wise Approach

  • Your body changes, so should your yoga. I run trimester-based prenatal classes to match what you need—gentle in the start, strength-building in the middle, and more relaxation as delivery comes closer.
  • You’ll notice less stress, more energy, and a deeper bond with your baby.

  • Come to my studio for group energy, join online, or get home sessions if you’re in Delhi NCR.
  • Bas, continue karna hai, rukna nahi hai (Just keep going, don’t stop).

My Story

Hari Om. Main Shilpi Gupta, founder of Anubhuti Yog. Log puchte hain, Anubhuti matlab kya? Matlab hai experience - ek shuddh feeling. Mere liye yoga sirf asana nahi, ek anubhav hai. Hum sab andar se kahi na kahi bandhe hain - stress, BP, diabetes, sab usi ka natija hai. Isi liye Anubhuti Yog shuru kiya. Meri koshish hai ki yoga se sabki life mein thoda positive badlav aaye, aur jo young bachche fees afford nahi kar sakte, unke liye weekend par 200-hour Teacher Training chalati hoon.

Yoga for All Levels - Beginners ho ya advanced, sabke liye classes. No pressure, sirf progress pe focus hai.

Ancient Yogic Cleansing - Shatkarma jaise Jal Neti, Sutra Neti bhi sikhate hain. Breathing aur slow movement pe dhyaan.

Prenatal Yoga for All Trimesters - Special prenatal yoga, har trimester ke hisaab se. Pain kam, sleep better, delivery ke liye ready.

Heal Naturally with Yoga - Back pain, migraine, BP, sinus - yoga aur meditation se aaram milta hai. Simple goal: natural healing.
