For home sessions, I do not just show up and start exercises. We begin by reviewing your medical history, including any X-rays, MRI reports, or advice from your physiotherapist. I bring specialized equipment like yoga wheels, straps, and high-density blocks to your space, ensuring we can safely work on spinal alignment or deep stretching right where you are most comfortable.
