Moving to advanced practice is not about rushing into complex poses like Mayurasana. It is about preparing the body through Shatkarma cleansing and targeted strengthening. When you join, we do not just jump into the deep end; we use props like yoga blocks and straps to safely build the core stability required for these advanced movements, ensuring your healing journey stays safe and effective.

At Anubhuti Yog, deepening your practice means returning to the roots of traditional yoga. It is not just about flexibility; it is about purification. We introduce cleansing techniques like Jal Neti to clear the respiratory system, which helps manage allergies and improves breath control. This creates the foundation for advanced postures.

For those working on core strength, we practice Mayurasana (Peacock Pose). It is powerful for digestion and internal organ health, but it requires specific arm and core mechanics that I teach step-by-step. We also use props extensively during these sessions. If you struggle with a deep forward fold, we use blocks to help you reach the full stretch without straining your spine. Every session is an 'anubhav' (experience)—a chance to listen to your body and heal from within. Whether you are aiming to correct posture or simply want to advance your meditation, my guidance focuses on alignment and safety above all else.
