At Anubhuti Yog, my studio in Vivek Vihar and Indirapuram, we move beyond basic relaxation to target the root cause of your stress. My approach is therapeutic, not just aesthetic. We integrate props like yoga wheels and blocks during deep meditation to ensure your body is supported while your mind does the work. Whether you are battling hypertension, insomnia, or anxiety, I adjust the pranayama intensity to match your specific medical needs. We cap our group sessions at 12 students so I can personally ensure your posture and breath retention are correct. If you prefer, I also offer home visits where I analyze your medical reports to build a custom healing routine. Healing is not a race, but you must not stop.
