- Duration & Frequency: 60 minutes per session, held 3 days a week on alternate days.

- Asana Practice: Standard sequences including Surya Namaskar A & B, standing poses, and basic forward bends.

- Facilities: General studio floor access; students use shared mats or bring their own. Note that this tier typically excludes full AC usage.

Yoga for me is way more than stretching. I see it as a journey deep inside yourself, not just a band-aid or a fitness craze. Real wellness is physical, mental, and social - all at once. Healing takes time, so you gotta trust the process.
What You Get From Yoga Therapy
This isn’t the usual yoga class. I work with you on all three levels - your sthoola sharir (body), sookshma sharir (energy and emotions), and karana sharir (your core self). We go past symptoms and dig into the actual cause, whether it’s aadhi or vyadhi (physical or deeper issues).
- For hormonal stuff like PCOS/PCOD or thyroid, I use pranayama for hormonal balance and stress management.
- If your back or neck is acting up, we focus on therapeutic yoga for spinal pain.
- Feeling anxious or stressed? Practices like yogic sleep for anxiety relief and meditation help calm your mind.
- Pregnancy support is a big part too. Holistic yoga for pregnancy wellness means gentle, safe moves for moms.
How I Work With You
Every session is tailored. Certified teachers (including me) guide you so you’re safe and doing it right, props like ropes, chairs, and blocks make it doable for all levels. My approach mixes asanas, pranayama, meditation, and cleansing techniques.
