I see yoga as much more than poses and fancy moves. For me, it’s about bringing some balance (santulan) to life, feeling good about yourself, and showing up - even on those days when you’d rather stay in bed. The vibe here is supportive, not competitive. We laugh, we sometimes struggle, but we keep going. Wellness should be fun, not intimidating.
I offer group classes and private sessions, both online and in our Santacruz West studio. All batches are open to any level - complete newbies, those who can do chaturanga in their sleep, or anyone just looking for yoga for stress relief. My group classes blend Vinyasa yoga for beginners and Hatha, mixing stretches and strength with breathwork and a bit of meditation and pranayama.
Private classes are all about you. We set goals, break things down, and tweak every session to fit your needs - whether you want to work on flexibility, manage anxiety, or just feel more energetic.
Kids’ yoga classes are playful and creative - think stories, games, and activities. Toddlers to teens, everyone’s welcome. We also spice things up with Yoga with props and wall yoga, making everything accessible, even if you can’t touch your toes yet. Occasionally, we try blindfold yoga - don’t worry, it’s more fun than scary!
Our studio’s got sunlight, wooden floors, mirrors, and all the props you’ll need. If you’ve ever thought, "I’m not flexible enough," just come as you are. Yoga meets you where you’re at.

For All Ages & Levels - Kids, grown-ups, expectant moms – everyone’s welcome. I tailor sessions to fit you.
Studio or Online - Join me at Santacruz West or online. I also do special yoga retreats and kids yoga workshops.
Holistic Wellness - We mix asanas, breathwork, meditation, and Himalayan singing bowl therapy for deep relaxation.
