- Themes: Covers one specific focus per booking such as Stick Yoga (alignment), Face Yoga (muscle toning), or Blindfold Yoga (sensory deprivation).
- Support: Includes a 10 minute post-class Q&A for posture correction.
Venue & Equipment
- Location: Air conditioned studio space in Santacruz West with wooden flooring.
- Props: Yoga mats, blocks, straps, and theme specific items (bamboo sticks or eye masks) are provided.
- Class Size: Small batch format limited to 8 to 15 students.
Weekend Immersion Bundle

- Schedule: Access to 3 or 4 different workshops held between Friday evening and Sunday morning.
- Variety: Includes sessions on physical alignment, mental conditioning, and facial toning.

Why I Do Retreats & Workshops
Sometimes, regular classes aren't enough. My retreats and workshops are for anyone who wants more - a space to go deeper, step away from the usual, and really reconnect with themselves.
Retreats: Nature & Community
- Think of escaping Mumbai for a couple of days, surrounded by hills, waterfalls, and birds - pura shanti (total peace).
- We practice outdoors, take walks, and sometimes do sound healing or yogic cleansing like Jal Neti.
- It’s not just yoga - we share meals, chill by the pool, and build real friendships. My last "Monsoon Reset" retreat in Karjat was all about this vibe.
Weekend Workshops in Mumbai
- Can’t leave town? My workshops in Santacruz West are short, focused, and open to everyone.
- Each session (60-90 mins) zooms in on something specific: like Stick Yoga (Danda Yoga) for posture, or Yoga Nidra workshop for deep rest and stress relief.
- I also run quirky, themed yoga workshops - Blindfold Yoga, Face Yoga for that glow, and sometimes we challenge ourselves with 108 Sun Salutations.

My Story
Movement’s just part of me, you know? Sometimes I’m doing a yoga pose just to grab my keys, sometimes I’m upside down in an aerial hammock laughing with my students. My mat’s my happy place, and I love sharing that – whether it’s a mom-to-be relaxing in prenatal yoga, or the calm that comes from Himalayan singing bowl therapy. We show up, rain or shine, and that’s where the magic happens. Community, balance, and a good smoothie – that’s my vibe.
My Work
Yoga, Pilates & More - I teach yoga for adults and kids, aerial yoga classes, mat pilates, prenatal/postnatal yoga, and sound therapy.
Beginner-Friendly Approach - Classes are chill, focus on alignment, and help you build a strong, balanced relationship with your body.
For All Ages & Levels - Kids, grown-ups, expectant moms – everyone’s welcome. I tailor sessions to fit you.
Studio or Online - Join me at Santacruz West or online. I also do special yoga retreats and kids yoga workshops.
Holistic Wellness - We mix asanas, breathwork, meditation, and Himalayan singing bowl therapy for deep relaxation.
