Standard Monthly Membership
Access & Schedule
- Frequency: Monday to Friday (5 sessions per week).
- Batch Options: Choice of one dedicated daily slot. Morning (6-7 AM, 7-8 AM, 9:30-10:30 AM) or Evening (6-7 PM, 7-8 PM).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
Studio & Teaching
- Equipment: Full usage of wall ropes, metal chairs, wooden bricks, bolsters, and belts.
- Instruction: Physical adjustment and alignment focus by lead or senior instructors.
- Styles: Rotation of Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Pranayama.

- Infrastructure: Air-conditioned studio with tiled flooring.
- Mats: Common studio mats available; personal mats recommended.

I say this a lot - patience matters. I focus on precision, not rushing, and if you need help, I’ll be there. Even in a big group, I give hands-on guidance so everyone feels safe. If you’re into Hatha yoga for beginners or want something tougher, we’ve got options.

Group classes cover everything from Vinyasa flow sessions to Iyengar yoga props (think ropes, blocks, belts - not cheating, just making it work for you). Power Yoga, gentle Yin, breathwork, meditation, and even ladies-only yoga batches.
Accessibility & Extras
You can join us in Santacruz West or online. We run dedicated women’s sessions, sometimes partner yoga, and everyone’s welcome to try a class. Chalo, let’s do yoga together.

My Story
Hey, I'm Abhishek Khurana. Body Temple Yoga Studio started six years back, and honestly, it’s like a second home. We’re not just about yoga poses – it’s chai, laughs, sharing stories, and sometimes lunch after class. Folks from Mumbai, London, Poland, all sorts join in. People call me 'celebrity trainer' but I’m just here to guide, not show off. My mantra? Be inspired, not proud. Let’s grow together, one breath at a time.
My Work
Yoga for Everyone - We offer Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar yoga with props, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Medical Yoga for orthopedic issues, group and personal classes, plus online sessions.
Teaching Style - Alignment is key here. We use ropes, blocks, chairs, all that Iyengar stuff. Thoda time lagega (it takes time), but you’ll feel the difference.
Who Can Join - Beginners, advanced, pregnancy yoga (Garbh Sanskar), kids yoga, and anyone with health concerns. Totally inclusive space.
Holistic Wellness - We go beyond asanas - pranayam, sound healing meditation, and our dietician helps with nutrition.
