I guide students of all levels through holistic yoga, pilates, and sound therapy. My approach focuses on building balance and strength through mindful alignment and breathwork.

Look at that smile. This is what it feels like to trust the hammock and see the world from a new perspective. This supported inversion helps decompress the spine and feels absolutely wonderful.
Aerial yoga isn't just about dynamic movement. It's also about finding moments of quiet and stillness, like in this seated pose where the hammock supports you in a gentle, floating meditation.
With consistent practice, you'll discover new levels of flexibility and strength. This deep stretch uses the aerial silk to help open the hips and lengthen the spine in a way that's difficult to achieve on the mat.

Aerial Yoga

I teach aerial yoga using a hammock to help you safely try inversions, stretch deeper, and build strength, whether you’re a beginner or experienced.

I create a serene and safe space for you to experience deep relaxation. Here, surrounded by candles and plants, I use a set of Himalayan singing bowls to guide you into a state of meditative calm.
This is what my group sound bath sessions look like. Participants lie back and let the resonant frequencies of the singing bowls wash over them, melting away tension in a candlelit, tranquil environment.
I believe mindfulness is a gift we can give children from an early age. This little one is finding her moment of peace during one of our outdoor kids' meditation sessions in the park.
In a private sound healing session, I place the singing bowls on and around the body. This allows the therapeutic vibrations to work directly on areas of tension, promoting physical and energetic balance.
Finding stillness by the water. My practice is a journey of connecting with myself and with nature, a principle I bring into every session I guide, whether it's by a pool or in the studio.

Meditation and Sound Healing

I guide meditation and sound healing sessions using Himalayan singing bowls, breathwork, and simple techniques for adults and kids, with options for in-person or online sessions that are interactive and easy to follow.

Proper form is everything. This is a breakdown of the Chaturanga Dandasana, or low plank, showing how to engage your core, align your body, and protect your shoulders. I focus on precise alignment in all my classes to help you move safely and effectively.
Using props like the stability ball adds a new level of challenge to your workout. This backbend, or wheel pose, on the ball deeply stretches the spine and shoulders while requiring significant core control to stay balanced.

Pilates

I teach mat, MOTR, and reformer Pilates for all levels with options for private or group sessions, both in my Santacruz West studio and online, and I help you adapt exercises to your needs whether you’re a beginner, recovering from injury, or looking for a new challenge.

This is the feeling of our Monsoon Reset retreat. I love creating these spaces where we can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with ourselves, surrounded by nature and a supportive community. It’s a beautiful reminder of what yoga is all about: finding balance and peace together.
The journey to an arm balance like Bakasana, or crow pose, is a lesson in patience and strength. It took me a long time to find stability here, especially after a shoulder injury. This pose reminds me that our bodies are capable of amazing things when we practice consistently and listen to them.
I love celebrating my students' progress. This before and after shows the journey of lifting into Chakrasana, or wheel pose. With consistent practice and guidance, what once felt impossible becomes achievable. I am so proud of her hard work.
Teaching children is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. In this moment, I am explaining a breathing technique. It is incredible to see them grasp concepts of mindfulness and body awareness at such a young age.

My Story

Movement’s just part of me, you know? Sometimes I’m doing a yoga pose just to grab my keys, sometimes I’m upside down in an aerial hammock laughing with my students. My mat’s my happy place, and I love sharing that – whether it’s a mom-to-be relaxing in prenatal yoga, or the calm that comes from Himalayan singing bowl therapy. We show up, rain or shine, and that’s where the magic happens. Community, balance, and a good smoothie – that’s my vibe.
