About Yoga Classes
Yoga isn't just about fancy poses. For me, it’s about feeling better in your mind and body, and making sure the practice fits real life. Whether you’re a total newbie, dealing with health issues, or just want to chill out after a long day, my classes are made for you.
How I Teach
- I focus more on how a pose feels in your body, not on looking perfect.
- You’ll hear me guide you with words instead of always demo-ing, so you learn to tune into yourself.
- I keep it real - we stick to basics, and I won’t promise overnight magic. Change takes time, yaar.
What Happens in Class
- We do a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga-inspired asana (postures) for strength and flexibility.
- Pranayama (breathwork) is a biggie here - it’s about calming your system and boosting energy.
- Every session ends with some dhyana (meditation or deep rest) to quiet the mind.
- I bring in bits of yogic gyaan (wisdom) and Ayurveda - like figuring out your dosha - so you can take yoga off the mat too.
Who It’s For
- Total beginners looking for safe, supportive space.
- If you’re dealing with stuff like back pain, diabetes, stress, or even office desk stiffness - I do Chair Yoga too.
- Special classes for pregnancy and after-baby care.
- If you want yoga for stress relief or just need to slow down a bit.
All sessions are online, with flexible timings and batch options so you can fit practice into your routine.

Kriti
My Story
Hari Om, I’m Kriti. I quit my job to teach yoga, and trust me, the first couple years were rough – two students, living on savings, counting every rupee. But it taught me how little I need to be happy. Yoga isn’t just poses for me; it’s how I live, how I deal with chaos, set boundaries, and keep learning. Off the mat, you’ll probably find me on my bike – road therapy is my thing. Facing Ladakh’s wild roads, that’s another kind of meditation. It’s all about staying present and finding peace.
My Work
My Yoga Services - I teach online group classes, 1:1 coaching, yoga therapy for anxiety, weight loss, and pre & post natal yoga.
Yoga Without Fancy Stuff - No chasing crazy poses here. I focus on practical yoga classes that help you stretch, breathe, and stay sane.
Mind & Body Connection - Sessions mix yoga with Ayurveda. We balance doshas and chat about the Yoga Sutras, not just asanas.
Yoga for All - Beginner, stiff, or recovering? Chair yoga for elderly and variations for everyone. Bhogi, rogi, yogi – all welcome.
Safety First - Don’t push past your limit. Healing, not hurting – that’s my mantra.
Holistic Wellness - Weight loss and wellness come from daily habits – food, sleep, self-talk. It’s about feeling good, not just looking good.
