About Yoga and Fitness Training
Why I Teach Yoga and Fitness
Yoga isn't just poses for me—it's about feeling connected, real, and supported, both on and off the mat. My dad's tough love made me strong, but it was dealing with my own back injury (herniated disc, anterolisthesis, uff!) that taught me the most. I get pain, frustration, and how hard it can be to trust your body again. That’s why I’m super mindful about injury-friendly yoga and making sure everyone feels safe.
What My Classes Actually Feel Like
The vibe? Supportive and real. We sweat, we laugh, we push each other, and nobody’s here for the drama. It’s a mixed bag—one day we’re flowing with Ashtanga Vinyasa, the next we’re playing with animal walks, then slowing down for deep release with restorative and Yin yoga. Props, walls, ropes, whatever works to get your alignment right and keep it fun.
We focus a lot on:
- Keeping the spine healthy (my obsession, for obvious reasons)
- Functional core strength workouts
- Opening up those stubborn hips and shoulders
- Mind-body steadiness
Who Shows Up
Literally everybody. Total beginners, weekend warriors, people coming off injuries, hardcore fitness folks, men who think yoga is “not for them”—sabko welcome hai (everyone’s welcome). If you’ve got a body, you’ve got a spot.
Ways We Can Train
Join our all-levels yoga group sessions in Bandra, Khar West (sometimes on rooftops, under open sky!), book a one-on-one if you want it personal, bring a buddy for partner workouts, or connect from anywhere with online classes. Chalo, utho! (Come on, get up!) Let's move together.

My Story
Papa’s tough love made me strong, and now I try to pass that strength to others—on and off the mat. Yoga for me is not just asanas, it’s feeding stray cats and dogs at 4am in Mumbai, even with a limp! My back injury taught me patience, my ashram days taught me simplicity. We’re all connected, yaar. My hope? Help people find peace and love inside, no matter how messy life gets. Ganga Maa, keep me kind.
