This is the feeling of our Monsoon Reset retreat. I love creating these spaces where we can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with ourselves, surrounded by nature and a supportive community. It’s a beautiful reminder of what yoga is all about: finding balance and peace together.

If you find your back rounding in certain poses like Baddha Konasana, or butterfly pose, you are not alone. I always encourage using props to support your practice. Here is a simple way to use a chair to help lengthen your spine and find more ease in the posture.
The journey to an arm balance like Bakasana, or crow pose, is a lesson in patience and strength. It took me a long time to find stability here, especially after a shoulder injury. This pose reminds me that our bodies are capable of amazing things when we practice consistently and listen to them.

I love celebrating my students' progress. This before and after shows the journey of lifting into Chakrasana, or wheel pose. With consistent practice and guidance, what once felt impossible becomes achievable. I am so proud of her hard work.
Teaching children is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. In this moment, I am explaining a breathing technique. It is incredible to see them grasp concepts of mindfulness and body awareness at such a young age.

We use props like blocks, straps, and wheels to make poses accessible, focusing on how your body feels rather than how it looks.
I designed these sessions to fit into your life, not the other way around. My Santacruz West studio is a quiet sanctuary with sunlight and wooden floors where we focus on blending Hatha and Vinyasa flow, making alignment safe and achievable for everyone. If you cannot make it in person, my live Zoom sessions ensure you receive the same attention, with a mandatory camera-on policy so I can guide your form safely in real-time.
I also incorporate Himalayan singing bowls and sound therapy, because I believe true wellness includes calming the mind, not just working the muscles. From prenatal care and postnatal recovery to kids' mindfulness workshops that mix storytelling with play, every offering is rooted in making yoga feel sustainable and accessible.
