I believe yoga is for every body, and props are wonderful tools to support your practice. I use blocks, chairs, walls, wheels, and straps to make poses more accessible, help with alignment, and allow you to explore deeper stretches safely.

For those looking to deepen their practice, I offer guidance in more advanced asanas and inversions. This is a look at my own practice, focusing on poses that build strength, balance, and confidence, like headstands, forearm stands, and arm balances.
