Yoga for me is way more than just stretching or doing poses. It's about jeevan shaili (lifestyle) - something that keeps your sharir (body) healthy and mann (mind) shant (calm). With 20+ years of yoga and naturopathy experience, I’ve seen how yoga zaroori hai (is essential) for real healing.

I use yoga as therapy - not just to make you flexible but to actually help with problems like:

My Story

Hi, I’m Rajani Pawar. Yoga’s been my thing for over 20 years - not just work, it’s life. I keep learning, keep practicing, and watching students change is what keeps me going. Like ek student ne 11kg kam kiya and said, 'yoga majhya jeevanacha aadhar jhala' (yoga’s my life’s support) – that’s why I teach. Being a mom and teacher, I get daily stress. Yoga brings sukh shanti (peace and happiness) to me and my students. Awards are nice, but seeing our Kurla community grow is the real win.

My Work

Yoga & Fitness Classes - I teach Power Yoga for weight loss, Ashtang, Pilates, Prenatal Yoga, Naturopathy, AcroYoga, plus personal training.

Holistic Approach - My style is 'sahaj, saral, prabhavshali' (easy, simple, effective). Focus on mental, physical, spiritual health. 20+ years experience.
