Private 1-on-1 Sound Bowl Therapy
Therapy Components
- Format: Exclusive 1-on-1 session lasting 60 minutes.
- Equipment: Set of 7+ Himalayan Bronze/Brass alloy singing bowls tuned to various frequencies.
- Contact Method: Vibrating bowls are placed directly on the chest or stomach for physical tension release.
Atmosphere
- Lighting: Dimly lit setting with tea-light candles.
- Comfort: Includes yoga mat, head pillow, and light covering sheets.
- Process: Includes pre-session consultation on stress points.
Kids Sound & Sensory Play Workshop
Activity Breakdown
- Format: 60-minute group workshop for ages 2 and up.
- Hands-on Music: Children are permitted to touch and play the singing bowls.
- Sensory Play: Rotational activities including Zen Garden (colored sand/raking) or Mandala coloring.
Logistics
- Instruction: Adapted breathing exercises like 'Bee Breath' using pinwheels.
- Materials: All craft supplies (sand, paper, colors) are included in the fee.

Why I Teach Meditation & Sound Healing
I don’t believe meditation is about switching off your thoughts. For me, it’s about creating a space where you can pause, listen in, and find balance. Sometimes, life gets loud - so I help you find that quiet spot, whether you’re after stress relief or just need a breather.
What My Sessions Feel Like
You know that feeling when you just flop into Shavasana and everything slows down? That’s what I aim for with my sound bath experience. I use Himalayan singing bowls - and trust me, you don’t have to “do” anything. Just lie down, let the gentle vibrations wash over you, and feel the tension melt away. It’s a simple but powerful way to reset your mind and body.
If your mind keeps running, my guided meditation sessions can help. I mix up styles, like mindful breathing techniques, loving kindness, candle gazing (Trataka), and Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. We work with breath, using Pranayama - tools like Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari - to help you anchor yourself, especially when stress hits.
Meditation for Kids
I also run Sound Play for kids - it’s not your typical “sit and be quiet” thing. It’s interactive, with singing bowls, chanting, simple breathing, and a chance to just be. Kids get to play, listen, relax, and even draw during the final sound bath. I’ve seen it help them chill out and focus better.
How and Where
Sessions are in Santacruz West, Mumbai, or online if that’s easier. You can come solo or join a group. I keep things relaxed and safe, so you can actually enjoy the space you’re in.

My Story
Movement’s just part of me, you know? Sometimes I’m doing a yoga pose just to grab my keys, sometimes I’m upside down in an aerial hammock laughing with my students. My mat’s my happy place, and I love sharing that – whether it’s a mom-to-be relaxing in prenatal yoga, or the calm that comes from Himalayan singing bowl therapy. We show up, rain or shine, and that’s where the magic happens. Community, balance, and a good smoothie – that’s my vibe.
