I don’t believe meditation is about switching off your thoughts. For me, it’s about creating a space where you can pause, listen in, and find balance. Sometimes, life gets loud - so I help you find that quiet spot, whether you’re after stress relief or just need a breather.
You know that feeling when you just flop into Shavasana and everything slows down? That’s what I aim for with my sound bath experience. I use Himalayan singing bowls - and trust me, you don’t have to “do” anything. Just lie down, let the gentle vibrations wash over you, and feel the tension melt away. It’s a simple but powerful way to reset your mind and body.
If your mind keeps running, my guided meditation sessions can help. I mix up styles, like mindful breathing techniques, loving kindness, candle gazing (Trataka), and Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. We work with breath, using Pranayama - tools like Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari - to help you anchor yourself, especially when stress hits.
I also run Sound Play for kids - it’s not your typical “sit and be quiet” thing. It’s interactive, with singing bowls, chanting, simple breathing, and a chance to just be. Kids get to play, listen, relax, and even draw during the final sound bath. I’ve seen it help them chill out and focus better.
Sessions are in Santacruz West, Mumbai, or online if that’s easier. You can come solo or join a group. I keep things relaxed and safe, so you can actually enjoy the space you’re in.
