This is the feeling of our Monsoon Reset retreat. I love creating these spaces where we can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with ourselves, surrounded by nature and a supportive community. It’s a beautiful reminder of what yoga is all about: finding balance and peace together.

During our Monsoon Reset retreat, I had the opportunity to give personalized attention, helping students deepen their inversions like Sirsasana, or headstand. It was a weekend of growth, restoration, and community.
