Yoga with me is all about showing up, even on days when you feel like a mess. I’ve got a background as a ballerina - so yeah, I know discipline - but yoga taught me to be kinder to myself. I’m still learning every day. If you’re looking for a space where you can wobble, laugh, and just be yourself, you’ll probably vibe here.

- We focus on breath (Pranayama techniques), movement, and mindfulness.

Hey, I'm Surbhi – dancer, teacher, forever student, and yes, proud dog mom (Stella’s the real boss). Fifteen years I taught ballet, shaping tiny ballerinas, but now my heart’s deep in yoga, or 'Yogascapes' as I call it. I’m always learning, from Mysore trips to sound healing and animal flow.
