About Restorative & Mindful Moments
I’ve learned that sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause. In these sessions, we don’t push for intensity; we use bolsters, blocks, and blankets to create a cocoon of support so your body can truly let go of deep-seated tension. ✨
Restorative yoga is often misunderstood as just lying there, but it is an active practice of surrender. In these sessions, I use my background in ballet and my training to help you find alignment even in stillness. We do not just stretch; we focus on practices like Ratricharya or nightly routines, using props like cork blocks and bolsters to support your joints so your nervous system can finally shift out of fight-or-flight mode. Whether you are dealing with lower back pain, high stress, or simply need to unplug, these classes are designed to be accessible for everyone. I bring my mats, blocks, and straps to your home across Delhi-NCR, or we can meet at boutique studios like IFBC in Saket or BoulderBox in Vasant Kunj. We start by tuning into the breath, move through gentle, supported shapes, and end with guided rest. You will leave feeling like you have had a total reset, not just a workout. I also integrate sound healing or pranayama if you are looking for that extra layer of calm. It is not about being flexible or reaching your toes. It is about meeting your body exactly where it is today.
