Gentle, supported sequences using props to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and find stillness. Perfect for when you need to slow down and recharge.

This wall supported restorative flow is for those days when we can all do with some extra support. Hold each pose for a few minutes to feel rested and restored.

A reminder to slow down. Practice doesn't always have to be intense. Here I am setting up for a restorative session with my mat and blocks, ready to find some peace.

Relax, release, and restore. A restorative practice encourages a sense of inner peace and calm, leaving your body, mind, and spirit feeling nourished.

Sinking into a supported puppy pose during a restorative session. The goal here is to let go completely and allow the props to hold you.

A supported backbend in a restorative practice. This gentle opening of the heart, with the sun shining through the window, is a beautiful way to slow down.

A gentle side bend as part of a restorative sequence. Even in stillness, we can create space and find release in the body.

Embrace the serenity of endings. As the year concludes, this moment of sound healing and candlelight reminds us to reflect, release, and welcome the peace that comes with letting go.

About this collection

I’ve learned that sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause. In these sessions, we don’t push for intensity; we use bolsters, blocks, and blankets to create a cocoon of support so your body can truly let go of deep-seated tension. ✨

Restorative yoga is often misunderstood as just lying there, but it is an active practice of surrender. In these sessions, I use my background in ballet and my training to help you find alignment even in stillness. We do not just stretch; we focus on practices like Ratricharya or nightly routines, using props like cork blocks and bolsters to support your joints so your nervous system can finally shift out of fight-or-flight mode. Whether you are dealing with lower back pain, high stress, or simply need to unplug, these classes are designed to be accessible for everyone. I bring my mats, blocks, and straps to your home across Delhi-NCR, or we can meet at boutique studios like IFBC in Saket or BoulderBox in Vasant Kunj. We start by tuning into the breath, move through gentle, supported shapes, and end with guided rest. You will leave feeling like you have had a total reset, not just a workout. I also integrate sound healing or pranayama if you are looking for that extra layer of calm. It is not about being flexible or reaching your toes. It is about meeting your body exactly where it is today.

Hi, I am Surbhi. I used to be a ballerina, which taught me strict discipline, but yoga taught me how to be kind to myself. Now, I help you find that same balance through slow, supportive movement and a lot of honest, wobbly practice. 🧘‍♀️
