Vinyasa & Mat-Based Flow
This is where we connect breath to movement. My Vinyasa classes are designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your practice. You'll find a variety of sequences, from gentle flows to more dynamic and challenging routines.
Aerial Yoga: Hang, Float & Play
Using silk hammocks for support, my aerial classes help you explore inversions, deepen stretches, and build full body strength in a fun, playful environment. It's a unique way to build confidence and find freedom in movement, and it's not as intimidating as it looks.
Advanced Practice: Inversions & Arm Balances
Ready to take your practice upside down? This is where we break down complex poses like handstands, forearm stands, and arm balances with safe, step by step instruction. We focus on building the necessary strength and confidence to fly, always remembering that the journey is the destination.
Animal Flow: Primal Movement
Explore ground based movement that combines elements of yoga, gymnastics, and quadrupedal movements to improve strength, mobility, and coordination. It's a challenging and fun way to connect with your body in a primal, fluid way.
Build Your Practice: Drills & Tutorials
Here I share specific drills, step by step tutorials, and conditioning exercises to help you build strength, improve mobility, and safely progress towards more advanced postures. These are the building blocks for a sustainable and intelligent practice.
Flexibility & Opening: Backbends & Hips
This practice focuses on safely opening the heart, shoulders, and hips to increase flexibility and release stored tension. We work on poses that improve spinal mobility and create more space in the body, from gentle stretches to deep backbends.
Restorative & Mindful Moments
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest. My restorative sessions use props like bolsters and blankets to support the body in gentle, passive stretches, calming the nervous system and promoting deep relaxation.
Community: Classes, Retreats & Partner Yoga
Yoga is better together. This is a look into my group classes, workshops, international retreats, and fun partner yoga sessions where we build connection, trust, and share our energy. You can find information on upcoming events and see the community in action.
My Personal Journey
My own practice is a constant journey of learning, wobbling, and celebrating small wins. Here I share a bit of my background, including my training as a ballerina, and the personal milestones and reflections that shape me as both a student and a teacher.
