Aerial yoga isn't just for gymnasts. Using silk hammocks for support, we explore inversions, deepen stretches, and play with gravity in a way that feels safe, supported, and surprisingly fun.

My first aerial silk reel, celebrating the feeling of progress. Learning to move with the silks is a journey that makes my soul sing, and I love guiding others through this experience.

Finally getting the hang of a hip key on the aerial silks. It's moments like these, after many attempts, that make the practice so rewarding. Weekends are for unlocking new skills.

Art nourishes the soul, and for me, aerial hammock is a form of art. This flow is about creating beautiful shapes while suspended, stepping outside the comfort zone and into a space of creativity.

Here's to a year full of pursuing what makes your heart happy. This was my first aerial flow of the year, a practice of setting intentions and finding joy in movement.

Weekends are for hanging out, literally. This aerial yoga flow is a great way to decompress the spine, build upper body strength, and play with gravity.

Revisiting an old aerial flow with new insights and a deeper understanding of the movements. The practice is always evolving, and it's fun to see how far you've come.

Thriving and finding new ways to move with the aerial hammock. Each class is an opportunity to learn something new and challenge yourself in a supportive environment.

I believe in being a student forever. Learning new skills like aerial yoga keeps life exciting and helps you grow. It's all about getting out of your comfort zone.

I love this 360 drop. It's a thrilling and dynamic move that requires trust in yourself and the apparatus. It’s a perfect example of the exciting things you can learn in aerial yoga.

Another look at the 360 drop, this time focusing on finding the same fluidity on the left side. The goal is always to build balanced strength and coordination.

About Aerial Yoga: Hang, Float & Play

The biggest barrier to aerial yoga is usually the fear of inverting. In my classes, we start by building trust in the fabric before we even leave the ground. I prioritize hands-on spotting for every inversion, ensuring you feel secure while you build the grip strength and core control required to transition smoothly between poses.
