After 10 years guiding folks, I’ve seen that dawai se araam milta hai, yog se asli samadhaan (medicine gives relief, yoga gives real solution). My aim? Help you build a small habit that can kickstart big changes in your health.
The Way I Teach
Classes aren’t about showing off or rushing. I go old-school - traditional yoga techniques like Shatkarma (cleansing), Asanas (postures), Shavasana (relaxation), and Pranayama (breathing). I give personal attention, whether you’re in the studio or online. Props like wheels, blocks, and straps are used to make practice safer and more effective.

My Story
I’m the person behind Lakshay Power Yoga. My own life used to be a mad rush, full of deadlines and tension, till yoga happened. Dheere dheere (slowly), I saw it’s not just exercise, it’s breathing, it’s finding peace when everything’s noisy. Shaant mann, saaf soch — yahi asli shakti hai (calm mind, clear thoughts — real strength). Now, I help others find their balance. Health isn’t a luxury, it’s basic. My lakshay (goal) is to guide you to your own inner power.
