My Approach: Work In, Not Just a Workout

Yoga with me isn’t about nailing the perfect pose or getting a sweaty workout. It’s about pausing, tuning in and sitting with whatever’s actually going on — the good, the tough, all of it. I believe in “feel it to heal it.” Some days, being on the mat is humbling, but it’s also grounding. My own journey is proof: I bend so I don’t break.

What My Classes Feel Like

I’m trained in Hatha and Ashtanga, but honestly, I mix things up. You’ll see lots of Vinyasa flow, some slower mindful movement, sometimes a dynamic kick inspired by Ashtanga. We always link movement with breath — and we listen to what the body needs, not what a rulebook says.

My Story

Hi, I’m Sanchita. Yoga’s not about the perfect pose for me – some days my cat does a better downward dog! I come to the mat with all my flaws and moods, just showing up, even after long breaks. The mat’s my honest space, where I bend so I don’t break. I sit with emotions, breathe deep, and let the practice keep me rooted, no matter what life throws. Sometimes, it’s just me, my breath, and a purring cat.

My Work

Yoga classes for all levels - I teach Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga, with special focus on yoga for spine health and mindful hip-opening sequences.

My approach - ‘Work in’, not just work out: We use yoga to connect mind and body, process emotions, and build resilience. It’s not just about strength.
