Why I Teach

Yoga, for me, is where real courage begins - jahan himmat khatm hoti hai, wahan se yoga shuru hota hai. My own journey has shown me how much this practice can help with stress, health, and just feeling alive. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter classes. Every person’s needs are different, and I love working with you to find what feels right.

What Personal Training Looks Like

You get my full attention, whether you want to train solo or with your family. I design customized yoga sessions - no standard routines. We work at your pace, set your goals, and adapt every move for your body. I’ve taught kids, seniors, beginners, and even my own granddad (he’s 80+, by the way). So, age or experience isn’t a barrier.

What We Can Work On

  • Building a strong, flexible body through flows, stretches, and, if you’re ready, advanced poses.
  • Breathwork techniques (pranayama) for energy, calm, or lung health - from Kapalbhati to Bhramari.
  • Yoga for seniors and kids, with routines for mobility, focus, and fun.
  • Support for real-life stuff like posture, back pain, PCOD, thyroid, digestion, and mental peace.

Safety and Care

I’m a certified Yoga Therapist, so your safety comes first. Every session has modifications for injuries or health issues. Online or in-person (Delhi and Bengaluru), I make sure our practice fits you, not the other way round.

My Story

Hey, I’m Deeksha. My brother kicked off my yoga journey (who knew you could study yoga for real?). Dad’s my backbone, family is my world. Diwali means more than lights, it’s pure togetherness. From nervous TV expert moments to wild Holi with my 'bachha party', I keep it real—sometimes my shoes double as a tripod! 'Main yeh sharir, mann, buddhi, ahankar nahin hoon. Main shuddh chaitanya hoon.' And no, bhai, ChatGPT didn’t write this. It’s all me.
