Hybrid Studio & Park Membership
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 5 sessions per week (Monday to Friday).

- Venue Hybrid: Indoor sessions at Marun Studio (Sector 19) combined with outdoor sessions at local parks.
- Slots: Choice of morning or evening batches based on capacity.
Training Curriculum

- Skill Level: Covers basics to intermediate inversions like Headstands and Crow Pose.

- Studio: Air conditioned space with dance flooring to reduce impact on joints.
- Equipment: Mirrors for form correction and shared usage of yoga blocks and straps.

About Yoga Instruction
I treat yoga like a full-body experience, not just a workout. My sessions mix movement, breath, and a little bit of fun. I always explain why we do each asana, so you know what’s up - whether it helps digestion or just chills you out.

- Prenatal yoga instruction for moms-to-be, with easy moves to help sleep and fight back pain.
- Gentle yoga for seniors, with slow warm-ups and safe poses, usually at home.
