Welcome to my movement diary. From dynamic vinyasa flows to playful aerial sequences, this is a snapshot of my practice and the classes I guide across Delhi NCR.

Welcome to my practice. I believe yoga is a journey, not a destination, and I invite you to flow with me. This Vinyasa class is designed to connect your breath and movement, leaving you feeling energized, balanced, and serene.

There's a special kind of joy in flying together. In my aerial yoga classes, we use the hammock to support our bodies, allowing us to explore new movements, build strength, and experience the freedom of mindful suspension.

This was a dream come true moment for me, holding a handstand for a full minute. It’s a reminder that with consistent practice and patience, we can achieve things that once felt impossible. I love celebrating these milestones.

A gentle adjustment can make all the difference in finding the right alignment in a pose. In my classes, I provide hands on support to help you deepen your practice safely and connect more fully with your body.

This is what three months of Animal Flow practice looks like. It's a powerful way to build strength and coordination through ground based movements. It’s all about embracing the primal feels and finding freedom.

Partner yoga is all about trust, balance, and a bit of playfulness. Practicing acro yoga with a friend against a sunset backdrop is a beautiful way to connect and create shared moments of accomplishment.

Sometimes, the practice is about slowing down and finding complete rest. Using props like a bolster in a restorative pose allows the body to release tension and the mind to find a state of deep calm and peace.

The energy of a group meditating together is truly special. This moment from one of my yoga retreats captures the collective calm and focus we cultivate when we practice as a community.

I love breaking down challenging poses to make them more accessible. Here is a step by step tutorial on how to approach Chakrasana, or Wheel Pose, with proper warm ups and breath awareness.

My journey into movement began with ballet. The discipline and grace I learned as a ballerina deeply inform my yoga practice and teaching, blending strength with artistry in every flow.
