My Yoga, Aerial, and Ballet Movement Journey
Welcome to my movement diary. From dynamic vinyasa flows to playful aerial sequences, this is a snapshot of my practice and the classes I guide across Delhi NCR.
Welcome to my practice. I believe yoga is a journey, not a destination, and I invite you to flow with me. This Vinyasa class is designed to connect your breath and movement, leaving you feeling energized, balanced, and serene.
There's a special kind of joy in flying together. In my aerial yoga classes, we use the hammock to support our bodies, allowing us to explore new movements, build strength, and experience the freedom of mindful suspension.
This was a dream come true moment for me, holding a handstand for a full minute. It’s a reminder that with consistent practice and patience, we can achieve things that once felt impossible. I love celebrating these milestones.
A gentle adjustment can make all the difference in finding the right alignment in a pose. In my classes, I provide hands on support to help you deepen your practice safely and connect more fully with your body.
This is what three months of Animal Flow practice looks like. It's a powerful way to build strength and coordination through ground based movements. It’s all about embracing the primal feels and finding freedom.
Partner yoga is all about trust, balance, and a bit of playfulness. Practicing acro yoga with a friend against a sunset backdrop is a beautiful way to connect and create shared moments of accomplishment.
Sometimes, the practice is about slowing down and finding complete rest. Using props like a bolster in a restorative pose allows the body to release tension and the mind to find a state of deep calm and peace.
About this collection
This gallery is a mix of my daily practice and the classes I teach. Sometimes you will see me nailing a handstand, and other times I am just finding stillness with a bolster. Whether you are curious about aerial yoga or looking for a grounded vinyasa flow, my classes in Delhi are designed to meet you right where you are—wobbles and all.
My path to teaching wasn't a straight line. I spent fifteen years as a ballerina, which gave me the discipline, but yoga taught me how to be kind to myself when things are messy. When you step into one of my sessions—whether it's at IFBC Studios in Saket, Boulder Box in Vasant Kunj, or Centrestage in Gurugram—you won't find a yoga robot. You will find a space to breathe, move, and potentially laugh when you lose your balance.
I break my work down into a few distinct areas:
- Vinyasa & Flow: These are about connecting your breath to your movement. We build heat, but we also find time to reset.
- Aerial Yoga: Don't let the hammocks intimidate you. We use them for everything from deep spinal decompression to fun, playful inversions. It is truly about learning to trust the silk.
- Animal Flow & Mobility: This is my current obsession. It is ground-based, primal, and incredible for building raw coordination and strength.
- Restorative Work: Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is lie still. I use bolsters and blankets to help you calm your nervous system.
I work with everyone from absolute beginners to those wanting to sharpen their handstand game. If you are nervous about starting, or if you have specific needs like prenatal care or injury management, let's chat. I prefer to explain things rather than demand perfection, so expect plenty of context on why we are doing a specific pose. My goal is to help you build a sustainable practice that feels good for your body, not just one that looks good on Instagram.
