What Sound Healing Feels Like
For me, sound healing is all about showing up as you are. I'm not here to make you perfect or tell you to "fix" anything. I just hold space for those moments when life gets shaky and you need a breather. Using Tibetan Singing Bowls therapy, I help you tune back into yourself - literally and figuratively.
How I Work
Everything’s vibration, right? Even our worries have a certain buzz. When you come in, I’ll settle you in a cozy spot (usually lying down, with soft lights or candles). I’ll guide you with a short meditation, and then the bowls take over. Their sounds move through your body, helping melt away stress and mental clutter. Most folks say it feels like a gentle reset - you’re not asked to do anything but relax.
