My Take on Yoga
Yoga is my way of slowing down and connecting inside. It’s not just exercise for me - it’s a journey, not a race. Kuch safar itne khoobsurat hote hain ki manzil tak pahunchne ka man hi nahi karta (some journeys are so beautiful, you don't even feel like reaching the destination). That’s how I feel when I step onto the mat.
What I Teach
I’m all about making yoga work for you. My sessions cover:
- Vinyasa & Ashtanga for those who like a strong, flowing vibe
- Hatha for building basics and improving alignment
- Aerial yoga in hammocks or Aqua yoga in the pool for something hatke (different)
- Special outdoor and corporate sessions
Props like blocks and wheels? I use them so you get deeper into poses without pushing too hard.
How We Practice
I focus on mindful movement yoga with three main things: Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. You can join group classes for the community feel or book private yoga sessions if you need one-on-one help.
