- Climate: Air-conditioned space with ceiling fans.
- Flooring: Polished white marble (thick mats recommended).
- Amenities: Residential restroom access available.
Equipment Usage
- Props: High-density foam blocks, cotton/nylon straps, and Pilates rings provided.
- Mats: Basic studio mats available for use.

- Validity: Single entry to any existing Mat Yoga batch.
- Duration: 60 minutes of instructor-led practice.
- Commitment: Pay-as-you-go model with no monthly obligation.

Why I Practice Yoga
Yoga is my way to slow down and reconnect. I don’t chase perfect poses. For me, it’s about showing up, breathing, and letting the mat be my space for self-care. Some days I feel strong, other days I’m just trying to keep up - both are okay. I believe in being consistent, not extreme.
What Happens in Class
We move with our breath, not just for looks but for how it feels. I celebrate the wobbles and the small wins. As a fitmom, I get how tough it is to find time for yourself. Yoga isn’t just another thing on your list - it actually gives you time back.
Styles I Teach
- Ashtanga yoga routine: Builds strength and fitness with flowing sequences like Surya Namaskar.
- Therapeutic yoga for healing: I offer sessions for thyroid management (Yoga for thyroid health) and back pain relief yoga. We use specific poses to help your body recover and manage pain.
- Hatha & Vinyasa flow for flexibility: Breath-led movement, a mix of lunges, Warrior poses, and balance work.
What We Work On
- Real strength - core, upper body, lower body
- Healing and recovery from injuries or chronic pain
- Flexibility and mobility
- Balance, including prepping for inversions
For All Bodies
No need to be flexible or experienced. I use props like blocks and straps to help everyone. Classes are always adjusted to your level. Just show up for yourself.

Hey, I’m just your friendly yogagirl and fitmom, always chasing that moving meditation vibe. Movement’s magic for me, no lie. Sometimes I’m upside down, sometimes just chilling on the mat, but it’s all about healing and self-love. Goa’s Tambi Surla temple? Felt the same energy as I do when I practice. Har Har Mahadev! My Work
Yoga, Pilates, and Fitness Classes - I teach aerial yoga for moms, mat yoga (like Ashtanga), Pilates, and general fitness. Basics to fun flows.
Healing Movement for Recovery - We use healing yoga for thyroid, sciatica, or back pain. It’s not about perfect poses, it’s about feeling better.
Consistency, Not Perfection - You don’t have to go extreme. Regular practice, small wins. Discipline beats chasing perfection.
Fit Moms & Self-Care - As a mom, I get the struggle. My classes are for strength, balance, and good vibes. Self-care always.
